Returns
Due to our international shipping model and fulfillment through global suppliers, we do not accept physical returns at this time. However, we will gladly provide a refund or replacement if your item meets the criteria listed below.
Refunds and Replacements
You are eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- Your item arrived damaged or broken
- You received the wrong item
- The product is significantly different from the description
To Request a Refund or Replacement:
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@afxaudio.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos showing the damage or issue
Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours and offer:
- A full refund
- A partial refund (if the issue is minor)
- A replacement item
Refunds Are Not Issued For:
- Buyer’s remorse or “changed mind”
- Orders with incorrect shipping address provided by the buyer
- Minor variations in color, design, or packaging
- Delivery delays due to customs or logistics beyond our control

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
